Margaret Elizabeth Turner

Margaret Elizabeth Turner, 86, a native and resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. When Mrs. Turner was a young lady, she loved going to movies and gardening. She was very sweet lady and loved taking care of her family. She was a caregiver and nursery worker for over 40 years and was recognized at First Baptist Church in Citronelle for her loving and tender care of several generations of families in the Citronelle community. She was very a faithful Christian, loved God and helping others was her ministry. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Staehle; husband, William Clifford Turner; and brother, Johnny Staehle. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, John Clifford “J.C.” Turner, Annabel Savage and Gary Wayne Turner; other relatives and friends. The wake will be from 5pm-7pm on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 3pm Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home.
