Marie Whatley

Mrs. Marie “Rebo” Whatley, 70, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Foley, Alabama. She was a member of Whatley Holiness Church where she especially enjoyed children’s church. Rebo was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Whatley was preceded in death by her parents, Hardy and Hattie Smith and her husband, Milton “Whiskers” Whatley. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Shirley (Jeff) Shewster, Sherry Whatley Alday & Paul Byrd, Cindy Whatley Jackson (Donald), Milton Randall Whatley (Linda), and Kathy Lacy; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, R.E. Smith; sister, Mary Gurley; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Whatley Holiness Church with Rev. Gaylon Cunningham and Rev. Jimmy Lloyd officiating.
