Mary Helen Cleveland Williams, 90, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Friday, January 1, 2016 at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. Helen was a longtime member of Citronelle United Methodist Church. Through the years, she worked as a bus driver and a cafeteria worker for the Mobile County Public School System. She also was the bookkeeper for Williams Construction Company. Helen enjoyed many things, including flowers, birds, books, recipes, food, the beach, all sports, and music. She especially enjoyed the Coleman Mason Band. Most of all, Helen loved her family. She considered herself the “Fourth Street Community Watch Person/President.” Helen will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mike Williams. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Rose Mary Williams, Mike John (Linda) Williams and Pamela Williams (Jerry) Roberts; grandchildren, Kim Williams (Scottie) Mason, Kerry Lynn (Jerome) Williams, Melinda Williams (Randy) Coaker, Pamela Brooke Coaker; great grandchildren, Turner, Skyler, Trey, Dawson, Shelby, Christian, Lauren, and Bevin; sister, Christine Cook; brothers, Durwood Cleveland, George Harper “Hop” Cleveland and James Clay Cleveland; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 12:30pm until 2pm Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Citronelle United Methodist Church. Funeral service will be 2pm Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Citronelle United Methodist Church with Rev. Anthony Tutor officiating. Pallbearers will be Turner Mason, Trey Smith, Dawson Coaker, Randy Coaker, Jerome Williams and Tommy Wadell. Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Hillman, Scottie Mason, Mark Lambert and Jerry Roberts.
