Michael Rene Beaugez, Sr.

Michael Rene Beaugez, Sr., a resident of McIntosh, Alabama, passed away Friday, July 10, 2020. He was 54 years old. Rene was born September 15, 1965. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends who will all miss him. Rene was preceded in death by his sons, Brandon Beaugez and Aiden Beaugez; mother, Dottie Rivers; father, Michael Purvis Beaugez; step father, Thomas Rivers; and brother, Durand Rivers. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Bryan Cole (Ashley), Michael Beaugez Jr., Joseph Byrd, Mimi Beaugez, and Troy Buttram; four grandchildren; siblings, Tanya Beaugez Rivers (Clifford) and Percy McClinton Snow (Hana) ; longtime companion, Gholey Buttram; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the 3pm funeral service Monday, July 13, 2020, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Reed’s Chapel Cemetery.
