Minnie Lee “Sue” Tindle Presley, 75,of Mount Vernon, Alabama was born April 30, 1940 to Nell and William Tindle, departed this life Friday, November 27, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family. Sue bravely battled cancer and endured several reoccurrences since 1985. Sue was affiliated with Aldersgate United Methodist Church, a former member of Mount Vernon Rescue Squad and the Order of the Eastern Star. Many happy times were spent at the “Shed” watching NASCAR and Alabama Football with her family and friends. Sue enjoyed spoiling her grandkids and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Johnny Presley and brother, Gordon Tindle. Sue leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 57 years, Edward H. Presley; sons, Jimmy (Michelle) Presley and Scott (Edna) Presley; grandchildren, Chris (Jettie) Presley, Phillip (Renee) Presley, Russell (Shana) Presley, Mandy West, Brandy (Charles) Falls, Brooklyn Weaver, Macey Presley and Josh Bellows; great grandchildren, Sydney, Blake, Hayden, Toby, Madison, Abigale and Jase; devoted sisters, Bernice (Earl) Pugh, Betty (John) Watts and Virginia (Paul) Wallace; sister-in-law, Margie Tindle; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, November 30, 2015 from 11am until the 1pm funeral service at Lockler Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Perkins, Rev. Jimmy Sullivan and Rev.
