Oscar Graham Langele, Sr.

Oscar Graham Langele, 70, a native and resident of Gulfcrest, Alabama passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, November 6, 2017. Mr. Langele honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Celanese Corporation as an operator and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. He was an Alabama football fan and loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Myrtle Langele; siblings, Charles Langele, Tarlton Langele and James Albert Langele. Those left to cherish his memory is wife of 50 years, Sandra Langele; children, Margrette Ann Walley (Lavelle), Oscar Graham Langele, Jr. (Lisa), Tracy Whitten (Gerry) and Wayne Langele (Kelly); twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Aldora Poston and Geneva Rhinehart; sister-in-law, Esteen Langele; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 11am – 12pm at Freeman Funeral Home on Thursday, November 9, 2017. A Graveside Service will begin at 12:15pm at Gulfcrest Cemetery with Rev.
