Otis Guy Baxter

Otis Guy Baxter, 81, a lifelong resident of Deer Park, Alabama passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his family. Otis was retired self- employed welder and mechanic. He leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Annie Baxter; sons, Guy Baxter and Timothy (Tammy) Baxter; granddaughters, Callina (Cody) Baxter, Angel Lindsey, Leiah Bennett, Tiffany Baxter and Ashtin Bennett; great grandson, Jansyn; brothers, Ralph (Reba) Baxter and Roland (Josie) Baxter; sister-in-laws, Gloria Wade and Cindy Hicks; brother-in-laws, Mervin Holland, Bobby Ray Holland and Robert Holland; beloved dog Cheyann, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A wake will be held 6pm-9pm, Sunday August 2, 2015 at Freeman Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 11am, Monday, August 3, 2015 at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Joel Prine officiating.
