Paige L Kent

Paige L. Kent, a cherished loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home on December 9, 2024. Born on October 14, 1956, Paige was a vibrant presence in the lives of many, known for her caring nature, generosity, and bubbly personality.

She was a lifelong member of Pine Grove Baptist Church, a testament to her deep-rooted faith and commitment to her community. Paige took immense pride in her family, embracing every moment spent with her daughters, Regina Kent and Therena Kent-Smith (Steve), as well as her beloved grandchildren, Destiny Farley (Cameron) and Dorian Weaver (Madison). Her heart swelled with joy as she welcomed her great-grandchildren, La'Riah, Kaisley, and Dorian Jr., who brought her endless delight. Paige is also survived by her aunt, Judith "Judy" Land; and many other relatives and friends.

Paige had a passion for travel, particularly enjoying cruises, where she created lasting memories that she lovingly shared with her family. Yet, she also found comfort and happiness in the simple pleasures of being at home, surrounded by those she loved.

Preceding her in death were her granddaughter, Anna Weaver, and her parents, Robert and Twila Levoy.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, AL. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 10:30 AM with Pastor Jack Shaw officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Community Cemetery.

Paige L. Kent will be remembered as an all-around good person whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met, leaving behind a legacy of love that will endure for generations.
