Peggy Oneal Manuel

Peggy Cole Manuel, a resident of Mount Vernon, Alabama, passed away Thursday, April 09, 2020. She was 65 years old. Peggy loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed working crossword puzzles and coloring. Peggy was a friendly person who was loved by many throughout the community. Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Orso. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Cecil Manuel; children, Bryan Rivers (Kevelyn), Lawanda Reed (Pete), Tera Reed, James Reed (Tracie), and Shane Reed; grandchildren, Brittany Harvey (Jimmy), Hunter Rivers (Dallas), Bradyn Rivers, Randy Luker, Ricky Luker, Arianna Luker, Devin Reed, Mytera Johnston, Jerraine Reed, Destiny Reed, Bre’anna Reed, Trinity Reed, Lola Reed, and Deshana Reed; seven great grandchildren; fathers, Joe Orso and Joe Curtis Cole, Sr.; siblings, Bonnie, Priscilla, Lois, Russell, Nora, Pamela, Lynn, Joe Curtis, Jr., Brenda, Sherri, Dunford, and Clara; step mother, Margaret Cole; lifelong friend, Jeannie Weaver; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
