Philip Kerry Green, Sr., a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021. He was 45 years old. Philip was born July 01, 1975. He was a very hard worker and very talented. He was a loving father and grandfather who was dedicated to his family and always willing to help anyone who needed it. Philip was a member of Memorial Baptist Church where he had become very close with the Pastor, Rev. Dino Danzey. He was baptized and devoted his life to God. In his spare time, Philip enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisher. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Philip was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Green. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Kerri Lynn Green, Marissa Ann Green, Morgan Page Green, and Philip, Jr.; granddaughters, Hensley and Olivia; mother, Glenda Sue Green; devoted brothers, Christopher L. Green (Connie) and Douglas Alfred Green; special female friend, Missy Byrd; and other family members and many other friends. The family will receive friends from 9am until the 10am funeral service Monday, June 14, 2021, at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Dino Danzey officiating. Burial will follow in Turnerville Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Bryan Pully, Billy Pully, Joey Newton, David Barreras, Justin Green, and Chad Heckman.
