Pleazent Orman Johnston

Pleazent O. Johnston, a resident of Chunchula, Alabama, passed away Sunday, November 06, 2016, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. He was 73 years old. Pleazent worked in the oil field for many years. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Pleazent was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pleaz and Ester Johnston; son, Ron Johnston; sisters, Nora and Buelah Mae, Mickey; and brothers, Raymond and James. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 21 years, Juanita Johnston; children, Sandra Hysell, Nita Faye Nall (Louis), Michael Johnston (Renee), and Charles Maddox; daughter in law, Debbie Johnston; nineteen grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; siblings, Bobby Johnston, Jerry Johnston, Louise Bishop, and Ivory Hobbings, and Terry Johnston; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Wednesday, November 09, 2016, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Fillingim officiating.
