Rebecca A. Wadsworth Strong

Rebecca A. Wadsworth Strong, age 71, of Citronelle, AL, passed away Monday, May 28, 2012. She was a nurse and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer N. Strong and mother, Flora Evelyn Wadsworth. Mrs. Strong is survived by her father, Charles T. Wadsworth of Holt, FL; son, Charles David (Xiao-Shu Yang) Strong of Alexandria, La; two daughters, Cynthia K. (Terry) Quick of Jonesboro, Ga and Mary (Joe) Weaver of Axis, Al; sisters, Lynn (Roy) Bush of Crestview, Fl, Maureen (John) Sullivan of Crestview, Fl, Anita (Jerry) Mathis of Baker, Fl and Sherry Davis of Milton, Fl; Nine grandchildren & Two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the 12:00 PM Funeral Service on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Smith officiating. Interment will be at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Warner Robins, Ga. The family would like to express a special heartfelt "thank you" to everyone at Citronelle Convalescent Center.
