Rev. James Sid Stewart, 83, a native of Morton, Mississippi and resident of McIntosh, Alabama passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at a local hospital. He was longtime preacher at Hill Spring Assembly of God. He was preceded in death by first wife, Mary Sue Parker Stewart; son, Tommy Stewart and daughter, Elizabeth Annette Weaver. Left to cherish his memory is wife, Esther Stewart; son, Tim (Debra) Stewart; daughter, Sue Varnes; step sons, James Lee Orso and Chuck Orso; grandchildren; brothers, Roy Stewart and A.J. Stewart; sisters, Floy Spears, Bobbie Sue Daughtery and Modean Griffin; other relatives and friends. The wake will be from 5pm-9pm Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Hill Spring Assembly of God. The family will receive friends from 1pm until the 2pm funeral service at Holmes Assembly of God Church in Morton, Mississippi on Sunday, July 13, 2014 with Rev. Greg Morris and Rev.
