Rev. Zena Orso

Rev. Zena Orso, 82, a native of Malcolm, Alabama and resident of Creola, Alabama passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014 at a local hospital. He was a United States Army Veteran and was a well known Pastor of several churches for over 48 years. Mr. Orso retired from ADDSCO after 38 years of service. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Willa Faye Orso; two sons, Alex Zena (Liz) Weaver and Willie Zena “Roscoe” (Lonna) Orso; four daughters, Janelle (Mike) English, Shirley (Tony) McPherson, Kitty Faye (Bill) Beasley and Liz Chestang; eleven grandchildren, James, Teffany, Michael, Lucas, Wendy, Candace, Stacey, Amy, Christopher, Bradley and Colby; thirteen great grandchildren, Trent, Katelyn, Ethan, Emma, Katherine, Taylor, Kaylie, Alessie, Lanvon, Mary Blake, John Ellis, Henry and Regan; sister, Mary Forat; special caregiver, David Sweeney; other relatives and friends. The Wake will be from 6-9 pm Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Freeman Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be 11 am Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Happy Gospel Field Holiness Church with Rev.
