Robert Lee Brown

Robert Lee Brown, a native and resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away, along with his sister, Shannon Melissia Randall, on Saturday, August 20, 2016. Robert Lee worked as a pipefitter, but his passion was working on vehicles. He loved to mechanic and ride four wheelers, motorcycles or anything with a four stroke. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Robert Lee was known for helping others and was a loving father. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ephrain Chandler Newburn, Augusta Viola Weaver, Onrie Ford “Cooter” Brown, Sr. and Ida Genell Morphis. Those left to cherish his memory is his father, Robert F. Brown; mother, Mattie Brown; children, Waylon Jeremiah and Christopher Michael; brothers, Bryant Randall and John Herman “Gus” Randall, Jr.; sister, Courtney Lynn Allen; mother of his children, Martha LeeAn Sullivan; uncles, Onrie F. Brown, Jr. and Donald Wayne Brown; aunts, Donna Louise Peyton and Barbara Renee Higgins; other relatives and friends. The wake will be from 6-9pm Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Restoration Church in Citronelle. The funeral service will be 11am Friday, August 26, 2016 at Restoration Church with Rev. Randall Carlisle and Rev. John Blackwell officiating. Burial will follow in Whistler Annex Cemetery. The family requests that donations be made to Freeman Funeral Home.
