Ronald Lee Odom

Ronald Lee Odom, a resident of Wilmer, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Providence Hospital. He was 70 years old. Ronald was born in Wayne County, Mississippi, on August 30, 1946. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Ronald was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Amarita Odom; wife, Joyce Odom; and brothers, Randy and Hal Odom. Those left to cherish his memory include his son, John Baxley, Jr.; daughters, Sharon Kay Hudgins, Kimberly Way, and Misty Chunn; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Jan Belts and Ann Boyatt; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 11am until the 12pm funeral service on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Chapel Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
