Ruby Maxine Lee

Ruby Maxine Lee, 90, a native and resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015, at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Citronelle. Ruby enjoyed crocheting, working in the yard, and traveling to visit her family. She is preceded in death by her grandson, David Frisby and her brother Lavern Blankinchip. Left to cherish her memory her husband, Ferris L Lee; son, Terry A. (Carol) Smith; daughter, Gerry L. Butler; grandsons, Corey (Kortney) Smith, Daren Smith, Jesse (Sadie) Smith, Aaron (Ashley) Hedstrom, and Chad Frisby; granddaughter, Kara Smith; great grandchildren, Asher, Ewan, Heidi, and Kadin; brothers, Jack Blankinchip and Clymouth Blankinchip; sister, Betty Dueitt; and other relatives and friends. The wake will be Friday, March 27, 2015, from 6-9pm at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 11am Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Citronelle First Baptist Church with Dr. Elbert Charpie officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
