Ruth Lewis

Omly Ruth Lewis, age 80, a native of Goodway, AL and resident of Citronelle, AL, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012, at her home. She was a homemaker and member of Calvert Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, I.M. "Bill" Lewis, daughter, Sandra Lewis, and grandson, Christopher Lewis. Left to cherish her memory is her sons, Billy Lewis of Sims Chapel, AL, Clay Lewis, Del Lewis, Mike Lewis, Jay Lewis, Jeff Lewis, all of Citronelle, AL.; daughters, Shirley Thibodaux, Donna Smith and Wendy Buckley, all of Citronelle, AL; two brothers, Roy Silcox of Leakesville, MS and Quinin Silcox of Citronelle, AL; sister, Judy Richard of Lucedale, MS; nineteen grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the 11 AM Funeral Service Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Lewis officiating. Interment will be in Lott Cemetery, Georgetown, AL.
