Theodore Truman "Doc" Johnson

Mr. Theodore Truman “Doc” Johnson, 68, a longtime resident of Mobile County passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at his home. He served in the Army National Guard for over 28 years. He retired from Mobile County Road & Bridge as a heavy equipment mechanic. “Doc” loved fishing and crafting his own inventions. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters. Left to cherish his memory is wife of 50 years, Mary Eddins Johnson; children, Ted O. (Shandy) Johnson, Joyce Renee Johnson, George Ray (Stefany) Johnson and Robert (Brandy) Ladnier; ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Myland Doyle Johnson and Edward Perry (Cheryl) Johnson; sister, Thelma (Hubert) Nelson; other relatives and friends. The wake will be from 5-8 pm Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 am Friday, December 5, 2014 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev.
