Valerie Hayes, age 49, of Citronelle, AL, died Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Springhill Memorial Medical Center in Mobile, AL. She is survived by her longtime companion Kenny Wright; sons, Matthew (Rolanda) Hayes and Carson Hayes; daughter, Jessica Hayes; grandchildren, Matthew and Harley; brothers, Ralph Hayes and Willie Hayes; sister, Angela Hayes Bierwirth; nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends Friday, October 26, 2012 from 11 am until the 12 pm funeral service at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Saint Thomas Cemetery in Calvert, AL.
