Wayne Raymond Jenkins, Sr.

Wayne Raymond Jenkins, Sr., a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home Thursday, December 06, 2018. He was 65 years old. Wayne served in the United States Army from 1970 to 1972. He was a loving husband and father. Wayne enjoyed fishing, friends, family, and working. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Wayne is preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Lessie Jenkins. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 45 years, Marlee Jenkins; children, Angel Young (Raymond), Wayne Jenkins, Jr. (Tabitha), and Naomi Peak (Rodney); seventeen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; siblings, Jean Wilson (Mike), David Jenkins, Ann Perez (Caesar), Stephen Jenkins, and Kathy Blaine (Paul); many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the 3pm funeral service Sunday, December 09, 2018, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Forister officiating.
