William Roy Weaver

William Roy Weaver, a resident of McIntosh, Alabama, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018. He was 48 years old. Roy loved his family and enjoyed following the construction trade. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Roy was preceded in death by his son, Stewart Ray Weaver; and his father, William Ray Weaver. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Teresa E. Weaver; children, Elizabeth Marie Hatchette (Jason William Hatchette) and William Roy Weaver, Jr.; mother, Rose Marie “Penny” Weaver; sister, Mira Covington (Paul Covington); many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. A wake will be held for Roy from 6-9pm Friday, February 23, 2018, at Rivers of Living Waters Church, Mount Vernon, Alabama. The funeral will be 3pm Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Rivers of Living Waters Church with Rev. Eddie Rivers officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery, McIntosh, Alabama.
