William Shawn Heathcock

William Shawn Heathcock, a resident of Fruitdale, Alabama, passed away Monday, November 02, 2020, at USA Health University Hospital. He was 46 years old. William was born April 22, 1974. William was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved being a Paw Paw. He was in full time ministry and loved serving the Lord. William was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. William was preceded in death by his sister, Ashley Hall. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 27 years, Wanda Heathcock; children, Brittany Heathcock (Benjamin Smith) and Dylan Trae Heathcock (Myra Newburn); grandchildren, Paisley, Brennex, and Raynlee; parents, Jack and Nancy Heathcock; siblings, Shannon Thornton (Greg), Brannon Ellison (Jessie), Cory Heathcock (Cameron), and Blayne Heathcock (Brandy); all of his church family; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Friday, November 06, 2020, at The Cave Ministries on Zeigler Blvd. in Mobile, Alabama, with Rev. Bryan Jones officiating.
