Wilma Dean Tanner

Wilma Dean Tanner, 87, passed away Saturday, April, 23, 2016 at her residence in Citronelle, Alabama. Dean was a member of Living Word Church where she enjoyed the worship and fellowship with her church family. Most of all Granny Dean/Dea loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Tanner and daughter, Debbie Emanuel. She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Larry Tanner (Shirley); daughters, Diane Adkinson (Larry) and Terri Leggett (Dewayne); grandchildren, Collin, Stacey, Dennis, Angel, Donnie, Sherri, Kelly, Leslie, Brandi, Brandon, Brittany and Michael; great grandchildren, Shelby, T. J., Hunter, Corey, Gavin, Andrew, Will, Kinzie, Tristan, Taylor, Kristina, Lauren, Aaron, Jessika, Justin, Emily, Anden, Walker, Kason, Brantley, Bryer and, Blayne; sisters, Voncile Kennedy (Harold) and Dorothy Richards; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 10am until 11am at Living Word Church. The funeral service will be at 11am Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Living Word Church with Rev. Marcus Hobbs and Rev. Dino Danzey officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery in Citronelle, Alabama. Online register available at www.freemancitronelle.com.
